His journey began in 2006 as a Property Advisor with ICICI Bank Homesearch, where he developed a strong foundation in residential property consulting and client relationship management. In 2011, he joined DHFL Property Services, expanding his expertise into structured real estate solutions and market analysis.
In 2015, driven by a vision to offer more personalized and tech-enabled services, he established Arsh Realty. Since then, he has successfully handled a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Kolkata—including flats, villas, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and high-value investment deals.
